If you can't hold to it anymore then train letting go.

Letting go of the need to be perfect. Letting go of the need for happiness. Letting go of the need for love.

Letting go of the need for what? I'm saying let go of what? So forgive everything, everyone. So let's start with that. If you're not trying to live in a perfect world... then start there. If you're trying to be better than your past I would recommend you start here. Then, as you go on with the training you'll find your perfection. The key to any of our growth and success is that we're trying to get there and we're trying to get better at doing the things that we're doing. I think about it this way -- we are not perfect. Perfection is an illusion of the mind. What you are trying to do is to develop a mindset of perfection that is self-imposed and that is based on external validation and external pressure.

I don't even like thinking about myself as a perfectionist because I don't need to be. But for me, I've had a wonderful life. I have so much to be grateful for. We all have so much in terms of life to be grateful for. And I'm grateful. There's so much to be grateful for in this life. So I don't need it all. And even if there were some things I definitely needed, I'm gonna do it. And I'm gonna work with it and make it better and try to do better things. If I had to go back in the past and do that again, I would.
