Little is needed to make a happy training

It is all within yourself, in your way of training.

You must have a positive attitude, a good attitude. You have got to be positive about everything in life and in your training for instance jumping rope. Otherwise you will never be good. You mustn't worry about the things that can happen. You do them; they happen. But if you are worried about them you can't do anything. They are a part of training; they are parts of life. To worry about them means you are a little bit in training.

If you are in a good training, you can worry about it. If you are worried about training you are in training. If you are in training, then worry about training because you will never be good at it. Training is something that happens to you. You just start doing it. You are told, "You have to start doing these things in training." Training must be something that you start doing. It is something that happens to you that makes you better at something. Training is just something that you do. You have got to start doing it. Training is something you do. So, training is something that happens to you from your time at school, from your education. It can't be planned. Training can't be planned. Training, from a psychological point of view, means something that is a happening to you and something that needs to be done. It really does have to happen.

If you don't do it you can't do it. Training is something that is going to happen to you one day. You just have to be ready for it. You just get to a certain level of fitness one day. In training you just get to a certain level of fitness one day in your life. When you are to develop certain skills and talents you can't train for them. You can't train for them. In some way you develop skills and talents. I can't tell you how training has developed me. It isn't just some way that I can work with. It is happening to me. Training does happen to you one day and it is happening to you by something that happens to you. When training happens to you, you start developing things. Training helps you become much better. If your head is wrong with certain things you are going to be in training. Now go out and try the double-unde challenge.
