This doesn’t even include the most basic things like eating properly, sleeping well, and getting enough rest. That’s why we’ve created a workout blueprint for complete beginners that will give you everything you need to have a successful jump rope workout.

The workout blueprint is not the exact same workouts as most other plans like it. However, the key thing about a jump rope workout is that it’s not just an assortment of different techniques, it’s the complete blueprint for an effective and complete jump rope workout.

There’s no cheating and faking on the other exercises in the workout—it’s all there. In fact, that’s the key thing, as these workouts are there for you to see when you first open up the program. Everything about the jump rope workout will be explained in detail, and you’ll understand the entire blueprint for each workout. How does the jump rope workout work? All the workouts in our jump rope workouts have a very similar workout structure. That’s because of my background in functional fitness.
