Working out and staying in shape as you get older.

There are plenty of programs and workouts you can do at any stage in your life.

As I get older I start to feel a little like a baby. My body feels a bit like a baby's body and I have to constantly remind myself that I really am not a baby or that I really can't do stuff like this. After 10-15 minutes in the gym I'm totally ready to work out.

I usually have one or two exercise that I don't want to spend all day on but then on the other hand I don't have anything that I want to do because it's too hard. It's hard to get in the habit of working out after a long time of not really working out. I have a tonne of workout apps on my phone and I've started doing my jump rope exercises through those. I've found that working out through a video is much better than doing a workout with a trainer. Because there's no judgment, there's a lot more enjoyment of the workout.

I use the app Ropejumpropeworkouts at the gym. It's got over 50 techniques that you can learn along the way. It's really easy to learn, there's only about 20 skipping techniques that I need to learn, then I just have to go back and fix the movements and add more steps. I still don't have any sort of set of exercises that I want to do, but I'm getting there.
